Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Euphorix Wellness LLC. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipping date to return an item for a refund. The 30-day policy does not apply to the manufactures of the enhancement products.  Therefore, refund requests for these products are up to the discretion of Euphorix Wellness LLC.  To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your item must be unopened, unused,  and in good condition, unless the product is damagedThe company reserves the right to deny any refund request. To ensure smooth delivery, packages should have a tracking number which should be sent to the companyHowever, this is not required and we are not liable if the package is lost by the carrier. Upon receipt, we will review your items and notify you of the status of your return. You will be responsible for all related shipping costs. For damaged or defective products, customers must contact the company to either receive a refund or new product, which will be up to the discretion of Euphorix Wellness LLC.

1. Reshipments for Certain Packages

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a reshipment for packages that are shown as successfully delivered on the carrier’s website. For undelivered package claims beyond 30 days for successfully delivered packages pursuant to the carrier’s tracking information, Euphorix Wellness LLC reserves the right to refuse to reship the package without a refund. This policy does not apply to packages that have not been successfully delivered based on the package’s tracking information or otherwise cannot be tracked based on the tracking information.
